New Patients Welcome

Your First Visit:
Our office is ready to greet you on your first visit, and we are looking forward to providing you with a smile that you can be proud of when you leave. Here few things we are happy to share with you that can help you know what to expect during your first visit with us.

Make your first visit relaxing…
So we can get to know you, there will be some medical history paperwork we need completed prior to seeing you for the first time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork.

We also ask that you:

  • Bring your Dental Insurance Card
  • Bring a photo ID
  • Know all current medical prescriptions you are taking

Your first exam and cleaning…
We want you to know that your mouth is healthy. By starting with an exam, we are able to see what is happening with your entire mouth. If you have not heard about the mouth-body connection, it is truth that what happens with your oral health can affect the rest of your body. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy smile that will last a lifetime.

Xrays:
Xrays are an important part of diagnosing any issues you may have. They allow us to see inside the teeth and check for decay, as well as other issues such as tooth fractures, lesions, tumors, cysts, and sinus issues. They also provide an accurate picture of your bone height, which is important in identifying periodontal disease.

Exams:
We want to make sure we are not missing any important elements to your oral health. During the doctors exam, we will make sure nothing is overlooked. This is an excellent time to ask any questions you may have.

Treatment Plans:
Letting you know how to improve your oral health is what we are all about. After we have spent the time to get to know eachother and have evaluated your oral health, we are happy to put together a game plan to keep you smiling in the future. We want to know how to care for your smile, and if there is anything that can be done to improve it you will be the first to know.

We are here to answer your questions:
After your first visit, you will have a complete treatment plan that outlines healthy recommendations for your oral health. If there is treatment that needs to be done, we want to ensure you are aware of what it takes to move forward including costs, appointments, insurance issues, and any other questions you may have. All of the members on our team are here to speak with you in plain english so you can understand how to care for your smile.
